Looking for an experienced carpenter to add to our interior renovation team. We are a renovation contractor doing high-end interiors. Looking for long-term prospects. Our work is in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Requirements: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction a must. • Knowledge of rough/finish carpentry, drywall, doors installation, millwork, flooring, trim work, etc. • Knowledge of high-end finishes with an eye for detail. • Ability to project and build with finish details in mind. • Ability to read project plans, specifications, and shop drawings, and make framing layout. • Excellent people skills, must be hard-working and punctual. • Must have own complete tool set and high-quality craftsmanship. • Ability to understand and implement Site Safety standards. • Knowledge of cellphone pictures and text usage. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and professionalism.
