Part-Time/Full-Time Residential Handyman Needed

$500/week for 20 hours; potential for 30-40 hours with opportunities for incentives. Need a reliable, organized, self-motivated person with ability and desire to follow manufacturer directions and get things right, to provide estate maintenance for busy 6 person family including lawn care, snow removal, general home and appliance maintenance, pool/hot tub maintenance, small engine upkeep and repair, bicycle and car maintenance, moving small furniture and boxes, etc. Tractor with various attachments (snow blower, mowing deck, bucket loader and forklift) available for use in grounds maintenance. Simple plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and electrical knowledge a plus. 5 years experience and references required. Car needed with ability and willingness to travel to out-of-state vacation/rental properties. We use a payroll company.
