Bradford Shawsheen Coating Technologies (BSCT) seeks a Packager to join their team in Andover, Massachusetts. As a Packager, you will assemble packaging items while constantly monitoring the visual quality of the product.  The successful candidate is comfortable working independently and has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Pack the produced tape per written instructions * Inform machine operator when the master or cut rolls have quality problems * Ensure line purge between item codes * Change date code at the beginning of each day * Restock raw materials at the end of each day * Tag all pallets with "RETEST TAGS" * Monitor label requirements and advise the lead person as required * Keep the area, machines, and packing area clean * Follow all safety and environmental rules, requirements, and procedures as established in the facility * Other duties as necessary  SCHEDULE This is a full-time position scheduled Tuesday through Friday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (Overtime available). WAGE BSCT offers Packagers a starting wage of $16 per hour. BENEFITS BSCT offers an excellent benefits package after 90 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays and sick time, and eligibility for 401 K after 6 months. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Experience in manufacturing or directly related field preferred. * Basic math and computer skills. * Able to lift 55 pounds, stand for long periods of time, able to climb stairs, withstand repetitive movement and work in a fast pace environment. * Ability to pass an employment test of math and English questions.  * Ability to wear proper safety equipment such as steel-toed shoes during machine operation. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Experience in the tape industry a plus.
