Join FORWARD__Space at HERO BEACH CLUB for 50-minutes of FORWARD w/ Kristin + FS Team! FORWARD provides a continuous cardio experience with easy-to-follow, high-energy dance-based movement mixed with athletic conditioning—plus, an easy choreographed combo at the end. No equipment necessary! Temperatures will be checked with a contactless, digital thermometer by a FS team member, which will be contingent upon your entry. Hero Beach Club is practicing all social distancing guidelines. Masks will be required on site. Guests may only remove masks while dancing at your designated spot during class. Bring + wear your own towel and athletic footwear for dancing. Complimentary JUST water provided. Parking is available on S Eton Street, Kirk Beach parking lot, and other spots close by!
