Join FORWARD__Space at THE REFORM CLUB for 50-minutes of FORWARD with Kristin + FS Team! NO SHOWER-HAPPY HOUR refreshments by Loverboy! FORWARD provides a continuous cardio experience with easy-to-follow, high-energy dance-based movement mixed with athletic conditioning—plus, an easy choreographed combo at the end. No equipment necessary! Temperatures will be checked with a contactless, digital thermometer by a FS team member, which will be contingent upon your entry. The Reform Club is practicing all social distancing guidelines. Masks will be required on site. Guests may only remove masks while dancing at your designated spot during class.
