Rogers Group, Inc., is currently seeking motivated results-oriented individuals for ASPHALT PLANT LOADER OPERATORS to work in a team environment with other co-workers and managers in South Carolina. The candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to: Experience operating heavy equipment in a safe manner required. Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet objectives for the day. Self-starter, dependable and positive attitude. General maintenance work in an asphalt plant setting. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude/ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery. Be focused on safety without compromise. The individuals shall be dedicated to always working safely. Experience operating heavy equipment around an asphalt plant preferred. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary. Driver’s license, and safe driving record.
