Our Nest is growing! Please join us as we welcome Jennifer Scully Designs to the Nest on Main family. The first 100 visitors will receive a FREE Organic Vegan Chocolate Sea Salt Bar (no purchase necessary!) The boutique will include furniture, art, recycled rugs, tabletop items, handmade vegan pillows and candles, faux florals, handmade organic napkins, organic sheets and towels, and unique and vintage decor. Renowned NY-based interior designer Jennifer Scully has designed homes and businesses for thousands of clients and along her journey she discovered some pretty big issues in the home furnishings market. THREE MAJOR PROBLEMS... Too many poorly made home goods end up in our landfills or worse- our oceans! From leather to bone to down and feather, animal products can be found in too many home furnishings, even though clearing land for the consumption and abuse of animals is thought to be the largest contributor to both climate change and novel viruses. Many manufacturers don’t pay their workers a living wage which creates poverty and leads to human rights abuses. Jennifer is helping to solve these problems by curating high quality, ethically-sourced, beautiful and luxurious designer goods from the US and across the globe that are good for you, for the artisans who create your goodies, and good for the planet! You can feel confident knowing your purchase supports not only the environment and animal welfare- your purchase also supports families and small American businesses, our artisan partners both local and global, women in business, and a portion of all net proceeds are donated to NYC children in need as part of our Help Mrs. Claus program!
