As an integral part of our inbound processing team, you will manage a critical part of the receiving process. Quality and accuracy is of paramount importance and the right person will tackle this pivotal job with intensity, precision, and speed. We analyze, improve, and support initiatives that help drive continuous improvement within our warehouse operations. What does a Warehouse Associate do? Receives product using frequency scanners, pulls and packs products and unloads shipments from trucks. Data entry; you will accurately enter shipping details, and photograph shipments upon arrival Hands-on work. You can expect to handle packages ranging from small envelopes up to boxes weighing up to 49 pounds. Unpack cases and cartons of product, sort, label, insert into plastic poly bags, bundle multi-unit parts and other project prep activities. Be on the move. You should be willing and able to operate carts, dollies, hand trucks and other moving equipment in order to move large quantities of merchandise throughout a work day. Potential requirement to operate powered industrial truck equipment. You may be asked stow and pick items from our racks. We want you to join the team if you are: Highly motivated, energetic and an intelligent problem solver. You can type quickly and navigate between multiple computer screens. Flexibility to work any shift, willing and able to work overtime as required You must be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for long hours and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation. You must be willing and able to work on powered industrial trucks, such as a forklift or order picker. Things you should know about working in our facility: We are extremely customer focused, and together we focus on the customers to ensure their satisfaction. Because meeting customer expectations are a must, quality and productivity are critical. A relaxed dress code gives you freedom to move around and feel comfortable (but safe) while working, but be sure to wear appropriate work boots that can handle the work conditions. Our warehouse may vary between 60 and 95 degrees, and can occasionally exceed 95 degrees. Especially if you’re working inside of a trailer on the dock during a hot day. Some tasks will require standing in one place for extended periods of time while others involve walking around the facility. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Basic Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old 3PL experience a plus! Have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent Computer literate Capable of lifting up to 49 lb. Ability to multitask and prioritize Strong organizational skills Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
