Small boutique hotel in Las Olas looking for a full time housekeeping that can clean rooms check in / check out. The Housekeeping Attendant (or "Housekeeper") position must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and associates. The position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. What we are searching for The Housekeeper is vital to the delivery of our brand promise of delivering a clean, comfortable room with great service. To do so requires: Hard work and being a stickler for cleanliness Being trustworthy A positive attitude Particular about the details Taking on extra tasks when needed Maintaining high standards Experience: Cleaning Experience: 3-4 years (Preferred) Housekeeping Team Lead Inspect rooms for cleanliness and condition Enter status of rooms on assignment sheets Respond to guest inquiries Identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating housekeeping employees. Requirements: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability Must have great customer service skills – all of our positions come into contact with guests! · Must be able to speak English and Spanish is a plus.
