Facility Operator Approved is hiring facility operators for both day shift and night shift at our Mount Vernon, NY location and day shift operators at our Bridgeport, CT location. Our industry-leading compensation and benefits package includes: • Full time, 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days. • Starting pay $18.00/hr. Automatic increase to $18.50/hr. after completing probationary period. Additional increase to $19.00/hr. within six months of start. • Licensed drivers will increase to $19.00 after probation and $20.00 within six months of start. • Opportunity for overtime. • Opportunity for safety bonuses. • Health Insurance just $42/week. • 9 holidays plus accrued vacation time, starting with 24 hrs. after one year. • Pay increase evaluations each July, as much as $2.00/hr. after first full year of employment. • 401K with Company match up to $4500 per year. • Pension account with $1.50 per workday company contribution. • Uniform allowance • Career training in a growing and sustainable industry.
