Dog collar with 2 tags in or near Prospect Park

I think my dog's collar fell off while playing in Prospect Park. It is a turquoise color, and has both the registration tag for my dog, plus the Home Again tag. We were playing in the big meadow in the center of the park, as well as walking along some of the trails.
