Iso puppy or dog

We are looking to adopt one of these breeds... or a mix of these breeds. I guess we are open but prefer one of these ones.... Great dane, German shepherd, or a pit mix dog. We have 3 pit mixes already and we do own the house and have a fenced in yard. I really want a great dane or XL dog. He really wants a shepherd. Obviously we are partial to bully or pitbull mixed dogs too... we are watching the shelters and have looked at them but haven't really felt a connection yet.
