Job Description We are looking to hire a self-starter who works well individually and as a team. This person should be able to stay on task without much prompting and take initiative as needed. We are looking to hire someone who is detail oriented and organized. We are a small, family-owned machine shop looking to hire someone to assist with day-to-day upkeep of the shop. On-the-job training provided. Please see below for more information. Job Requirements: • Read, write, and speak in English • Clean driving record-- MVR MUST BE SUPPLIED • Pass drug test • Detail oriented • Takes direction well • Able to stay organized • Work to a schedule • Maintain a tidy work area General Duties: · Pick-up and deliver parts to and from customers and vendors · Clean the shop (floors, machines, etc) · Deburr parts · Inspect and package parts · Cut stock · Prepare shipments for UPS and other services · Maintain machines and equipment as needed · Manage intake of materials Benefits: -Health, dental, and vision insurance 65% paid by employer for you and your dependents and spouse -Paid time off -Paid holidays -Employer matched 401K -Every other Friday off
