Please register for our May 23rd , 2021 9:30 AM English Service. Hello Transformation Family! We are happy to be reopening our worship services to the public. During this time of COVID-19 we will be following a few regulations and guidelines, as follows: 1. We will only be admitting people ages 5 years and older. All children must be with their parents at all times. 2. At this time we are only allowing parties of 2, 3 or 4 people. If you want to attend our services and you are only one person please call our offices at 718-417-7777 Mon-Fri from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. 3. We are constantly working on disinfecting surface areas that you might come in contact with. Nonetheless, you are attending at your own will and we do not guarantee that you will not be exposed to Covid-19 while attending our service. Transformation Church, Inc. Is not liable or responsible for your health and safety during this service. 4. Doors open at 9AM, your guarantee seating will be available up to 9:45AM. Please be on time. If you show up after this time your seating may not be available. 5. We strongly recommend that you watch the detailed video below to understand the measures and requirements we are asking for you to be able to participate in our worship services.
