I know you’re busy so I’ll get right to it. Our small business (Montana Natural Clean) is located in Shepherd, MT and serves the greater Billings area. I’m definitely biased, but I’m confident we’re creating the coolest place to work for, ever. Not only are we helping super busy families in the Billings region, but we’re dedicated to taking care of our employees and creating a company that people actually like working for. Of course, every rose has its thorns, which means there are a few parts of the job that aren’t just rainbows and unicorns. The bad stuff first: ● The job is physical. You will need to be able to bend, kneel, and pick up about 30lbs. ● The pay isn’t amazing, but it’s higher than most, and above the cost of living for Billings. The position starts at $15 an hour, but there are some great paycheck incentive programs in the works! ● You will need to pass a background check and drug test. Now let’s talk about the good stuff: ● Montana Natural Clean only uses professional natural products that are safe for families and pets, which means they will be safe for you too! ● Our company is growing quickly. That means that there’s a lot of room for growth. While the job is starting out part-time, there is immense potential for it to become full-time if desired.
