Join us for a relaxing Sunday morning to focus on self-care with an all-levels yoga practice, wellness speakers & an incredible SWAG bag! This event is sponsored by Coffee & Supply Co. + Totally Boise + Torque Body Shop and we've curated the BEST swag for you from a number of local brands. Betsy from Coffee & Supply Co. will be providing iced tea and treats. Totally Boise will be providing the speakers. Torque Body Shop, a new cycle + yoga experience coming to Eagle, will be hosting the one-hour yoga flow class at the park. This is a great event to attend with your friends or to come to alone and make new friends while you are here. We can't wait to meet you!
