Campers will learn all about Emergency Management and how it supports the community. CAMP CONCEPT: Campers will learn all about Emergency management and how it supports the community. This includes interacting with public safety (police/fire/ems), writing a plan to prepare your household, and understanding and tracking weather patterns. We will fly the EMA drone and do a search and rescue exercise! AGES: 7-12 WHAT IS KID’S CLUB?: Local community events venue, Bricker-Price Block hosts a fantastic line up of local and affordable summer camps for kids! Our mission for Kid’s Club Summer Camps is to create a fun environment with an education twist for any kid five to 14 year-olds while simultaneously utilizing local educators, professionals and volunteers! This year, thanks to the local philithropic organization Chicks with Checks and local cafe Beans & Beginets, healthy lunches and snacks will be FREE!
