Help! 5 minute job for handyman

I f'd up! Lol I stripped the anchoring screw for my slider frame. (see pic) Can't go in and can't get it out. Now blocks the latch. Either is a solution, but cutting the screw is not. A quick $20 for anybody who wants to swing by my house in Bonnet Shores and take care of it. Maybe squeeze the screw into a shape that's moveable? Just don't have the right tool to do it.
