Compensation: Depends on experience if we are training from start minimum wage employment type: year round We sustainably grow and harvest our own organic ingredients/herbs and process them while still fresh, We are a small organic herb/vegetable farm. We also have a small factory that processes our farm grown herbs into value added products. Our farm is located 30 minutes east of Bellingham and 30 minutes north of Sedro Woolly. Duties will include- 40hr work week Working on a diverse organic farm all aspects green house duties Irrigation duties Maintain crops year Maintain and nurture wild spaces Process all plant material for market or preserving Pest management Small orchard Who we need is a person who is eager to learn, hard working and well organized and a love for the outdoors and plants The working atmosphere is casual.
