Sunday Rosé Day Pairing With Chef Monica Chef Monica presents lunch at Terra Sávia Treat yourself to a delightful Spring day with a Rosé pairing featuring our home-grown organic garden salad with avocado and strawberries, tossed in a citrus vinaigrette, followed by lemon basil fettuccine with shrimp scampi paired with our just-released 2020 Rosé - and for dessert we will have vanilla crème brûlée.
