Start after badge process, background and drug screen clear. *Pay Competitive, if not best pay in the area, two weeks out and then paid weekly, no retention held, Direct Deposit. *Job Requirements: Own dependable WHITE truck, van or SUV Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance Pass Drug and Background Check Ability to utilize a 28’ ladder (75 lbs). If you need tools we have a tool purchase program *Job Description: Cable technicians work in homes and businesses to install and repair phone lines, internet or television cable. Cable Technicians often work directly with the customer, and customer service is a big part of this job, as is the technical know-how to use diagnostic equipment and tools to complete the service in timely manner. We are committed to offering only the highest level of customer service to our clients, we support our clients as they seek to deliver the best subscriber experience possible, offering a quality of service that consistently exceeds their expectations. *Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Service and trouble-shoot Cable products. Responsible for completing work orders and retrieving proper signatures for accurate billing. Ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards. Report to dispatch according to company procedures. Assist with work overflow Follow all company policy and procedures. Adhere to safety policy. Perform Installation work as required Perform Quality control inspections Helping with training when needed with techs Quality Control Inspections on your own work Install HSD/Cable/Phone Service as per work order Communicate with Supervisors and Customers Manage Time Effectively and meet scheduled time frames Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs or more, work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces or attics Must be able to work at heights in excess of 20 feet Interested???
