Oscar is my almost 6 year old cat. He is my baby. He got out Tuesday morning very early on the 18th. With the storms, he may have taken shelter in a garage, shed, etc. If you have seen him, please call or text . He is white and orange. He is chipped. He has claws. He is not wearing a collar because he takes it off!
