Need outdoor venue in Galveston

Hey guys, My company needs a space to rent for a day or possibly 2 in Galveston. We create artificial reefs that contain the cremated ashes of the clients loved ones. We are happy to be helping to restore the reefs in Texas which will lead to less shore erosion and more fishing habitats. We are creating an artificial reef off the coast and we need a nice staging area for the structures to be memorialized. The structures are about 3 feet tall, 4 feet wide, and weigh about 1000 pounds. We are looking for an outdoor place that has nice ascetics. The idea is to have the structures delivered to the venue early in the morning, place them in a nice order, have the families come and place the ashes inside them and then after the ceremony move them to our barge services people to be loaded on the boat. It should only be a day but maybe the next mornings well, it depends on the trucking company schedule, please reach out to me for more info
