If you are looking for a place to store your items look elsewhere Penny who is the mgr there is a very hateful person If you put any bad reviews on their web page it is immediately taken down Never have I ever been belittled talked down to or outright been disrespected or lied to at any other storage facilty She had one of the guys cut the lock off of my unit by mistake as she claims & no one contacted me to let me know After 3 months she sends me a bill/invoice & said as a courtesy to you we replaced your lock & now you owe us $25.81 for doing so. WTF? So for 3 months my unit was unlocked & unsecured & I was still paying the full month fee I told the other lady in the office I wanted to speak to someone from corporate & of course I never got a phone call back! I DO have every text message from her with the proof Do yourself a favor & rent somewhere else They also do not accept credit card payments over the phone so if you are out of state you are just screwed especially if you are late Yall please think again before dealing with these hateful people. They are twofaced There is NO coporate office only district managers & they will NOT return your calls or try to help you in anyway Rent somewhere especially if it is long term
