Description
Resort Management of Marco Island is seeking a full time Maintenance person who is looking for a long-lasting career with advancement opportunities. Resort Management is one of the largest and fastest growing locally owned and operated Community Association Management firms in Southwest Florida.
Responsibilities include:
· General cleaning in common areas, amenities, and club house
· Keep the building and grounds in a clean and orderly condition by examining on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness
· Perform or arrange for general building and fixture repairs
· Supervise all general building maintenance
· Special projects as needed, which might include light carpentry, painting etc.
· Wash and clean pool deck, tables, and chairs
· Prior general maintenance and Commercial Swimming pool cleaning experience is preferred
Applicants must be able to receive written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor, yet also be able to work independently. Must be always professional, courteous, and dependable. Applicants will need to pass a background check and drug screening.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm with 30-minute lunch break
Beginning pay $16.00 depending on experience. Benefits Offered.
