There are a limited number of tickets to ensure everyone has space to safely groove so dont wait to buy yours! May 23rd-- The Merchant & Chelsea Didier The Merchant weaves tribal, house, natural, atmospheric, ambient, and timeless tracks into a melodic dreamscape worthy of your dance - https://soundcloud.com/dan-piv-kern It’s been a long year cooped-up. The calling to emerge is now upon us… to return fully to our senses and community… living out the new renaissance, together. The space will be co-held by the lovely Chelsea Didier. She’ll drop us in with some lightly guided breath and stretching… nourishing the intention of our space. Speaking of which… The Merchant will spin in the Bamboo room, while the open patio and tea room doors will encourage movement between environments. All windows will be cranked, letting that delicious spring air waft through our dancing spaces. May 30th- DJ Maya Light Maya loves to dive into the depths of connection and expression through the unique and captivating conversation that is awakened on the dance floor. She plays as a director of the human experience, offering countless pathways and possibilities of movement through the range of music she shares. Drawn to deliciously wompy, heart-bass world beats, she encourages a rich exploration with a dynamically nourishing and inspiring journey of sound. June 27th- K-Luh K-Luh’s musical journeys explore polarizing energies and everything in between, honoring masculine and feminine, light and dark. From hair raising vocals to dirty bass-lines, her sets consist of bass, trap, world, house, soul, and R&B infused with tribal and psychedelic undertones. As a dancer, K-Luh's selections are designed to activate various parts of the body and inspire new and funky ways to wiggle. This event follows the city regulations for an outdoor fitness event and The Center SF is taking extra care and precautions to keep our community healthy. We ask that if you are feeling sick in any way that you stay home and help us keep each other safe. We ask that you wash your hands often, use hand sanitizer when it is available and wear your mask when around others. This is a limited capacity event and we have staff on hand to ensure everyone is socially distance to dance safely. Our staff is also sanitizing all surfaces regularly and self checking daily. Yes, we can come back to community. And yes, we can do it safely.
