Press release from Peabody Public Schools: May 18, 2021 Dear Families, Based on our interest survey in which several hundred of our families expressed an interest, we have created a Single District Virtual School System K-12 as an additional option for Peabody students to continue their education next year and beyond.  The Peabody P.R.E.P. pre-registration form will be available for another week at the Google Form linked below.   Based on enrollment, we will establish our remote faculty and staff with the Peabody teachers you have come to know and love over the years here.  We'll be basing day-to-day virtual teaching and learning on our curriculum currently posted to the district website, just like we do now with in-person learning.  As part of Peabody Public Schools, we will be driven by our mission of H.O.P.E., our Vision of the Graduate, and the District Strategic Plan also posted to the district website.  For more information about Peabody P.R.E.P, take a few minutes to view the informational video or read the latest draft of our Student/Teacher/Family Compact linked below  Many thanks to every member of our Design Team who has worked diligently on this project and will also be happy to answer any questions you may have about Peabody P.R.E.P.  We look forward to serving our youth and their families as we all work together to make students ready for their future in this new virtual world.
