Superintendent Project Manager Swimming Pool Construction We are seeking a Project Manager specializing in Swimming Pool Construction to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation • Ensure payment schedule is maintained all payments are received • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and maintain relationships. • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications • Exceeding customer expectations is your top priority Qualifications: • Previous experience in Swimming Pool construction management. • Understands and can schedule inspections • Exceptional customer service skills • Strong negotiation skills • Clean driving record, drug free. • Deadline and detail-oriented, able to work extra hours in busy season.
