Willo is wholly owned subsidiary of OnePointOne. The Facilities Manager will report directly to the GM of Willo. OnePointOne is an indoor farming company solving pressing issues of global food production, distribution and consumption through automation, data science and brainpower. Responsibilities   Conduct regular inspections of facilities, resolve maintenance issues, propose facility improvements, initiate repair requirements to maintain healthy, safe, and sustainable learning environment. Manage and coordinate the activities of contractors to ensure projects are completed within time, cost and quality constraints. Mailroom/Delivery oversee mailroom and delivery operations. Weekly On-Site Catering and other catering needs for entire company. Support Security Operations, act as secondary point of contact with our security vendor. Manage the Badge System. Execution of Space Planning initiatives (moves / adds / changes) Coordinate maintenance and repairs Support coordination and oversight of vendors engaged in on site tenant improvement Procurement and distribution of facility supplies Light cleaning/trash removal as needed and other facility related support services as identified Liaise with Property Manager and Property Manager Maintenance/Security Staff Act as concierge for team members & PR coordination Responsible for on-site experience of team members and other visitors to our Avondale site(s) Minimum Qualifications Ability to walk/stand for 75% of day Demonstrated people management or customer service management Proven experience managing large complex projects and completing jobs on schedule and on budget Proficiency with architectural drawings, schematics, space / capacity planning Familiarity with G-suite and other MS Office products required Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities are also required Requires proficiency in multiple facilities management competencies, mailroom/delivery, catering, operations planning, site safety/compliance, capacity planning (edited)  ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver license. May be required to travel to perform certain work functions Must have or be willing to get a forklift license. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Office setting, construction site, and/or warehouse. May be exposed to fumes, or dust, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, and moderate to loud noise levels. Days and Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with extended hours as needed; this position serves as a resource to on call staff outside of typical business hours.
