Press release from the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce : Bill Caine, Facilities Planner 05/19/2021 The Board of Education of Carroll County is seeking feedback on the 2021-2030 Educational Facilities Master Plan. Citizens are encouraged to submit their comments online at http://feedback.carrollk12.org or by U.S. mail to the Superintendent's Office, Carroll County Public Schools, 125 North Court Street, Westminster, MD 21157. Citizens also may give public comment during citizen participation at the Board of Education meeting on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. The meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. with time for citizen participation at approximately 5:15 and 6:30 p.m. The Educational Facilities Master Plan is the planning document that is used to prioritize school system Capital Improvement Plan projects based on age and condition of facilities, educational program needs, and capacity and utilization. The Board received the proposed Educational Facilities Master Plan at its meeting on Wednesday, May 12, and it will be returned for action at the June 9th Board meeting. The proposed plan is available for review on the CCPS website at https://bit.ly/3eUigIR.
