BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Firefighters said they were using ATVs to get to an injured child Wednesday night near White Marsh. Officials with the Baltimore County Volunteer Firefighter's Association described the incident as a "back country rescue" in the woods. The location is near Gunpowder Falls State Park. Crews said they were responding after 6:30 p.m.
