The city Police are out of there league fighting crime in town, so they have targeted parking violations. Who cares if Storage Units are being broken into, and car and trucks are being stolen. and crack is being cooked next door. and a few are breaking into cars and trucks and stealing what ever is in the rig. Gun/ Generators. ect..... cops are too busy writing parking tickets all over the city. They are costing you alot of money, and only collecting a $10.00 parking ticket !......No wonder the valley is following LA..... look at this garbage pic. and pic of some corrupted police.......
