Dulles Greenway Ramp To Route 7 Closed: Police

LEESBURG, VA — The ramp off of the Dulles Greenway onto Route 7 westbound in Loudoun County is completely shut down, according to a report from the Leesburg Police Department. Authorities are currently working on an overturned tractor trailer. In a Facebook post, the Leesburg Police Department said that the ramp "will be closed for extended period of time." They did not say when residents can expect the ramp to reopen. Authorities also did not provide on update on the health of the tractor trailer driver. In photos posted to the police department's Facebook page, the vehicle appears to have flipped onto its side off of the right side of the roadway. Drivers should expect delays along the Dulles Greenway until the tractor trailer is removed, police said.
