Then consider Broker Classes with us! Sales and Marketing - This is a broker lective class 30 Hours/ 2 Broker Credits$350 plus $50 for the Textbook. This course is approved by the PA Real Estate Commission. It is course number CR009310. Classes meet each Thursday at our convenient location in Chambersburg close to exit 16 off of 81. Feel free to park in the parking lot accessible by the light next to our location. The total cost of the class is $400 and includes the book and the class. We do not offer refunds to students after the first week of classes. Books can be returned if they are unmarked and in like new condition. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You do not need to bring your printed ticket. What should I bring to class? You should bring what you would normally bring to a class - a notebook to take notes, a pen or pencil, a highlighter if you like to highlight your textbook. The textbook will be given to you on the first day of class. Feel free to bring snacks.
