We are a family owned and operated residential/commercial service and repair company. We operate almost entirely within Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. We are looking to hire a leadman for a busy handyman service company. You must have at least 4 years in the remodeling business as a leadman, have your own tools, and truck. Communication skills have to be proficient in English. Need to have experience and competency in electrical, plumbing, framing, finish carpentry, drywall patching, flooring, painting, and other tradework. The more you actually know the busier we can keep you. If you can remodel a house from start to finish we can keep you busy. We will verify your work experience by having you work for a week with one of our existing leadmen before you are given your own schedule. You will be paid up to $32/hr depending on experience plus a supplemental vehicle allowance depending the vehicle you drive.
