Sanding, staining and handiwork needed

Looking to get this done ASAP🥳 I hired someone and they took money and didn’t finish so you will not be paid until done. You can bid on just part of the project and not al if you want. I will pay cash. (1)biergarden tables sanded down to natural wood (2) Decks power washed or cleaned well and than coated with black stain I have some left and may need more from Home Depot I usually do this myself, just need a wide stain brush and should be pretty quick (3) last contractor started and didn’t finish Hope I have the materials needed. Wanted a door hear and dry storage under this deck. So half finished. Need to make door and repurpose some other wood to close off side. Make sure the stuff they put on is tight to keep things dry. Cash but not paid until end of job
