Ceramic Tile Center is seeking a warehouse associate to support the Contractor Sales team and Contractor Sales counter to ensure legendary customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Process quotes, orders, and returns received via phone, fax, email and direct from customers. • Maintain existing relationships with the Contractor Sales customer base. • Support sales counter activity as needed to maintain customer flow. • Support customers with complaints regarding product or service problems with active listening, summarizing issues and customer’s desired outcome, and forwarding to Manager for direction, resolution, and/or further communication. • Identify and provide input on how to improve processes and procedures. Competent at Contractor Sales responsibilities including, but not limited to: • Product lookup using keywords/alternate SKU’s • Contractor pricing language • Bids/Quotes • Product Knowledge: tile, stone, and tile setting materials • Phones • Transfer Calls • Forklift experience preferred, not required Benefit Offered: • Competitive wage, depending on experience • Full medical benefits • Dental benefits • Vision benefits • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Employee discounts on tile and slabs Requirements: • Full Time 40 hours a week • Required to work on Saturdays, with mid-week day off • Must be able to stand on feet for 6-8 hours a day • Ability to lift 35 lbs throughout the day • Prior work experience working with tile, stone, granite, or slabs preferred • Basic computer skills • High School diploma or equivalent
