Description
We are seeking a part-time responsible Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to the President of a small Darien-based non-profit, starting immediately.
Previous Office Administration experience preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Office administration
Travel and project planning
Coordinate special events
Handle daily emails
Balance checkbooks for several accounts and deposit checks, enter transactions in Quickbooks
Update social media accounts
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and phone manner
Advanced computer skills, using Mac based programs including MS Office and QuickBooks
Strong social media abilities, utilizing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Trustworthy and motivated
Second language a plus
Hours:
15 hours per week, would prefer Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, but flexible
This could be the ideal position for someone returning to the workforce and who has the appropriate skills.
