Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle and meet us in the main lobby in center of the hotel at 7:15 pm sharp. Set your intention and channel the moon’s energy via a transformative journey of meditation, breath-work, visualizations, and sound therapy. Each guest will select a crystal that will be cleansed in the singing bowl. Evening Includes Stretching, Yoga, Grounding Meditation, Presentation of crystals.
