Professional Meters, Inc. (PMI) is in your area! We are a nationwide electric and water meter installation company that will be replacing electronic equipment on water meters throughout the Lee County service area. We are hiring immediately for qualified personnel. Water meter installation experience is certainly a plus when applying but it is not necessary! We will train you to perform this work. We are looking for labor candidates that are willing to learn, willing to work outdoors (in all types of weather, HOT AND WET), work with little supervision and are self-motivated. The work includes lifting meter lids, collecting meter information and making a determination if the equipment needs to be replaced. There is a lot of walking and bending and kneeling as part of this work. This project is for temporary labor for up to 3 months. PMI is offering a competitive piece work compensation with average daily pay around $200 or more (depending on your productivity). Technicians will be paid weekly through direct deposit (You will need a bank account to receive payments).
