According to a Nixle Alert from the Hackettstown Police Department, issued Wednesday afternoon, utility work on Mountain Ave. near Water St. will close one lane of traffic. Drivers should anticipate traffic may be stopped or slow in that area of town between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., which could result in travel delays.
