Piece or Hourly Carpenter

Small time GC who is having to turn down work :) Not quite busy enough to offer someone fulltime long term employment. Always pushing for clean, well crafted work. I can schedule work that suits both of our timing. Jobs can start whenever as I am far enough in front and organized to keep folks in the loop. Looking for tooled up carpenter/framer for piece work. Nail gun, saw, bags etc Mainly exterior work this coming month - siding, trim, decks, some ladder work. Most of the work is in Seattle area - owner occupied properties so hours fall between 8.30 and 5.30 depending on our schedule. Happy to carpool if that works best. You will be working with me - I'm hands on and not some sales person sitting at a desk. I will respect your time and labor. We all need to respect the client's home and our craft. Piece work might be something like $180 for cutting back siding and adding trim on 5 windows, $900 for helping with 300 lf of fence; hourly might be somewhere between $25 and $35 depending on your skill set and the work involved. If your looking to start in and learn something reach out - would take a beginner for $20/hour. Puedo programar un trabajo que se adapte a nuestro tiempo. Los trabajos pueden empezar cuando estoy lo suficientemente lejos al frente y organizado para mantener a la gente en el bucle. Buscando carpintero/enmarcador con herramientas para el trabajo de piezas. Pistola de uñas, sierra, bolsas, etc. Principalmente trabajo exterior este próximo mes - revestimiento, guarnición, cubiertas, algunos trabajos de escalera. La mayor parte del trabajo está en el área de Seattle - propietario ocupó propiedades por lo que las horas caen entre 8.30 y 5.30 dependiendo de nuestro horario. Feliz de compartir coche si eso funciona mejor. Voy a trabajar conmigo - Estoy en las manos y no algún vendedor sentado en un escritorio. Respetaré tu tiempo y tu trabajo.
