Drill and Stake RR ties for my driveway

Looking to pay someone $100. To stack, drill and stake my RR ties for my driveway. Need strong drill, Auger bit (to match rebar diameter) and sledge hammer. I am able to help, but not strong. Experience preferred; drilling and hammering can cause injury for the inexperienced.
