We have a maintenance position opening for our Storage facilities/Property management. Storageland has 2 facilities and 2 rental properties that we are looking for a employee to join our force. Duties will include a wide variety in regards to storage, rentals, and landscaping- from sweeping out units, painting units, fixing latches, emptying garbage, cleaning gutters, mowing, spraying, blowing, turning apartments over, and anything else that may come up. We are not looking for a professional in all these aspects but general skills and experience would be a plus. We do drug test as well. Hours will be 24/week for sure with up to 40 hours when apartment or more work is available.
