Commercial Construction Company in need of a yard attendant/driver. Must be able to produce clean driving record. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Starting time will vary day-to-day. Must be able to work flexible hours with early morning start times and occasional night/weekend shifts. REQUIRED Job duties include but not limited to: - Ability to drive non-CDL dump truck, box truck, and forklift - Loading trucks & material handling - Receiving deliveries and inventory - Light vehicle maintenance and upkeep - Maintaining warehouse and storage yard - Pick up and deliver tools and materials - Load & haul demo waste - Towing and backing up small trailers - Must be able to lift 50 lbs. - General knowledge of construction materials and tools preferred - Experience driving forklift and commercial vehicles preferred Starting compensation negotiable
