Perfect for the ones who love the outdoors and are adventurous! $300 HIRE BONUS Experienced or Entry Level Cleaning of Commercial Properties: -Window cleaning hi-rise, mid-rise, low-rise buildings (up to 25 stories) -Pressure washing garages, sidewalks, parking lots Entry level training provided (cleaning techniques, ropes, safety equipment, OSHA's requirements). Cleaning tools, safety equipment, and company shirts provided. Year-round work - this is not a seasonal position. Flexible work schedule - weekday and weekend work available. Overtime available. Medical benefits, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays. Morning van pool provided to most job sites in Seattle/Bellevue. Will pay your parking if you drive your own vehicle to job site. Company paid fun team activities/outings. JOB DETAILS: Rope rappel using Bosun Chair from rooftop on mid and hi-rise buildings (up to 25 stories). Clean windows using wand, squeegee, and suction cup. Use tucker pole for ground work on low-rise buildings. Pressure washing: sidewalks, entries, parking lots, garages, awnings, sides of buildings. Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Jobs sites are around the Lynnwood, Bellevue, Seattle area. Have a valid driver's license. Be courteous and respectful on job sites.
