Porter/Groundskeeper Job Duties Include (But Not Limited To): *Daily Upkeep of cleaning and removing trash from common areas, leasing office, laundry rooms, apartment models, public restrooms and hallways/elevators. *Power Washing *Sweep *Touch up Paint *Replace light bulbs in Common Areas, Pathways, Garage and Parking Areas *Basic pool cleaning including cleaning pool furniture and pool chemical maintenance. * Help with light maintenance work Maintenance Job Duties Include(But Not Limited To): *Interior /Exterior Painting *Appliance Repair *Turns *Prepare and Complete Service Request *Inspect Grounds and Common Areas *Update Inventory Logs *Troubleshooting Repair Issues *Install Locks/Make Keys *Maintenance Team Support Equal Employment Opportunity.
