To learn more about us, please visit our website: www.overseacasing.com Great opportunity for an experienced, self-starting Warehouse Associate with versatile skills to work cooperatively in our Seattle, WA distribution center located in the SODO neighborhood. Oversea Casing Company LLC, is looking for a motivated team member to take a “hands on” approach in performing the following primary responsibilities: Daily Shipping and Receiving Picking and Packing LTL and UPS / FedEx orders Loading of ltl and ftl trucks and ocean containers Understanding and experience with inventory cycle counting Experience with handheld scanner and bar coding systems Fork lift experience and or certification The ideal candidate should have: 2 years experience in a warehouse/distribution environment with a variety of skill sets including: shipping/receiving, inventory control, organizational skills and great attention to detail. We are looking for someone with a strong back who is self-motivated and who wants to work with minimal supervision in a multi-tasking work environment in a physical position. Qualifications: * Minimum high school education required; * Able to read and write English. * Spanish speaking a plus. * Understanding of basic warehousing and shipping / receiving principles and processes. * Minimum 2 years experience within a warehousing environment. * Able to lift 80 lbs. * Exceptional attendance record * Organizational skills.
