We are urgently looking for someone to join our maintenance team. We are three weeks into a take over and need an additional set of hands to assist in making apartments ready for new move-ins. There is a chance that we may also use you for maintenance service requests from time to time. We are looking for someone with a wide range of maintenance skills and someone who is knowledgeable and quick with turning apartments. Turning apartments may include but not be limited to- repairing/replacing ceilings, walls, cabinets, counters, doors, tubs, sinks, showers, appliances, windows, baseboards, electrical fixtures and outlets. We are seeking someone with a history in this type of work as we have a schedule in place that we have to follow. This is an immediate need, we are looking for someone who can start immediately after an offer is made. You must have your own tools, a truck and a smart phone that is compatible with the tsheets app by quickbooks. At this time this position is temporary but there is possibility of permanent hire and could be possibility of replacement on a nearby property. M-F 8-5
