Teen bassist looking for a band

My 16 year old son is an aspiring bassist who is looking to assemble a garage band in or near the Tracy area. He is looking for other teens (14-17 years old) that are able to come together at one of our houses to practice maybe once a week to start off. He is looking for a drummer, a guitarist (maybe two), and a singer. If you are a singer that can also play an instrument that is even better. We have drums and amps, but we do not have a sound board, mics, or other speakers. Since this is a teen garage band, I (his dad) will be handling all responses to this ad with him. If you are a parent and would like to set up a call with my son and I, please text me. I am more than willing to set up a FaceTime or video Zoom call, or even meet for coffee locally. Also, my son is just getting going with the bass. He is insanely proficient, but definitely needs practice, so please do not treat this as though this will be the next big band to hit MSG. He is just looking for some music loving, instrument playing people his age to jam with at one of our houses.
